Online Purchases:
Refunds and exchanges are handled based on the specified policy and the shipping status of the order.
Digital Content:
Refunds are not available after purchase. (Once the download is complete, refunds cannot be issued, so please make your purchase carefully.)
Physical Products:
Before Shipping: Refunds are possible.
After Shipping: Refunds may not be available. If a refund is requested, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For international orders, additional costs may apply compared to domestic shipping.
1.After your order is placed, the package will be shipped to the airport through our courier partner.
2.Upon arrival, the shipment will be inspected and sorted. A customs declaration will be filed, and an additional inspection may be conducted if necessary.
3. Once the customs clearance is complete, your order will be safely delivered to the address you provided.
4. To avoid any delays, please make sure to enter your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) correctly
Underage people cannot use tattooing services. Some service restrictions may apply, even with the consent of the guardian.
Through real-time inquiries on the website, please leave information such as name, contact information, and the category you wish to enter (tattoo artist or goods seller). The person in charge will contact you individually after confirmation, and the final entry will be decided after writing and reviewing the contract.
Buyer's secondary sale and commercial use is prohibited. The copyright of the custom tattoo design belongs to the artist who created the design. Buyer may use the design, but secondary creation and commercial use are prohibited.

Digital Art - can be purchased online and downloaded from My Page.
Physical Works - physical works are shipped via courier. Unlike digital art, physical deliveries are carried out.
Domestic payment methods : credit card, real-time account transfer, virtual account (Innisys PG),
deposit without a bank account, Kakao Pay.
Overseas payment method : deposit without a bank account, credit card, PayPal.
